A strange Question-mark about preparedness and policy has struck at the hearts and minds of America.

When the mega-tragedy of 9/11 hit us three years ago -- WE warmhearted Americans were too much in shock, too dazed, and too empathetic with the victim's families? agonizing losses -- to think of why ?

As we heard and saw the uncountable true stories of courage, volunteered aid, and outgoing services of every kind expressed by and for the victimized families -- we didn't stop to inquire about certain strange factors in our government relation to the heart-wrenching horror.

Why, for example, the Bush administration apparently ignored countless warnings it had received about the danger, from many parts of the globe.
Also, how Mr. Bush apparently knew so surely the name of the perpetrator of this hideous crime . . . yet at the same time, seemed to know almost nothing of it's details . . . not only the whereabouts of Osama Bin Laden whom he quickly identified as the arch-mastermind of the deed. . . .but also - what connection had been established with the guilt of yet another country, Afghanistan -- not even Bin Laden's homeland. Yet Mr Bush quickly named that long-suffering country as the cause of this attack . . . and promptly announced to America -- "THIS MEANS WAR ! ?" . . . Soon after which, U.S. air strikes were killing thousands innocents in Afghanistan who had NO IDEA either of Bin Laden's whereabouts, NOR who was responsible for the attack.

It has been estimated by authoritative reports that about as many were killed official U.S. attacks on Afghanistan as were slain on 9/11. . . (much to the
distress of many of our victims families? who strongly protested -- "Not in Our Name? ! ! !" . . .

Yet very much in Bush's name -- long before any of the sting anomalies were explained -- were such puzzling questions as WHY the U.S. Government had once befriended this same Osama Bin Laden, and paid this son of an already wealthy family such big bucks to establish C.I.A.- directed military
terrorist camps out on the desert . . . while also investing billions of U.S. tax dollars in a takeover State power by a cutthroat gang of criminals in the notorious Taliban Party dictatorship over all of Afghanistan..

As we all know today . . . this impostor to the presidency with almost lightning speed has switched his blame for endangering America, from Bin Laden to Saddam Hussein . . . and turned his threat of airborne, even nuclear, DU poisoned weapons of mass slaughter, instead, against a country whose population had already been devastated by a dozen years of pulverizing U.S. attack . . . little Iraq which is now the target of our all out attack.

And again -- what hard evidence in connection with 9/11 exists -- in the case of either targeted country ? -- Yet 9/11 was the massive tragedy which triggered off Bush's original personal ?declaration of WAR? !

One wonders what judgment from On High has ordained that only WE the U.S. of A, has the God-given right to posses such (and USE) such formidable destructive power -- but NO ONE else ? ? ? But in the case of a small war-decimated mass-impoverished dark complexioned country like Iraq, has NO such celestially authorized privileged ! ! !
The sheer RACISM manifested in this "Judgment" is in and of itself a comment about the U.N.'s decision-makers.

This kind of chauvinism was, early on, quite evident in the consternation that white majority industrial nations (i.e. their governments) displayed -- when darker peopled India and Pakistan finally achieved nuclear status.

NOW all this United Nations kowtowing to the U.S. self proclaimed privileged status in the realm of mass (OR even genocidal) destructibility -- being
somehow a U.S. prerogative ( ? ! ) is currently being enacted by the U.N.
obscene cooperation by inspecting -- NOT this U.S. all-too-real capability . . ..

but IRAQ?S .

All this puts an entirely new slant on the concept of the equality of Nations -- and -- peoples -- upon which the the United Nations was (at least verbally founded).

Perhaps in view of this glaring ?slip? between the commitment and the lip -- the United Nations should reconvene it?s historic ?World Conference Against Racism? NOW . . . to include this latest blatant violation of it?s own self-adopted Accords. For with a BU$H-led War Party of what well-known author Mike More has satirically called ?Stupid White Men?-- (with only a single top level ?representative? of color) who can question that good old-fashioned U.$. racism
is running the SHOW .

As we all know the entire bro-ha-ha raised by BU$H & Co. has been based on "snap judgments".

With not a shred of evidence that would be accepted in a court of law -- or any proof that anyone in Afghanistan was concocted with 9/11 . . . let alone the entire population . . . of that long-suffering land [thanks entirely to billions of U.$. tax dollars invested in a takeover by terrorist called the Tallinn] . . . Yet BU$H made an instant ?snap judgment? not only blaming the population of Afghani's as a whole for the tragedy . . . but promptly declared war on them and punished the population with a viscous air strike, estimated to killed the same number as were lost on 9/11.

With another "snap judgment" -- for which no hard evidence has been produced, even under careful O.N.O. scrutiny . . . [about the possession of weapons of mass destruction) BU$H & Co. have gone so far as to invade Iraq by sending hundreds of thousands of O.S. troops to the area.
